Aladdin’s eToken Network Logon offers a simple, convenient, and secure token-based solution for securing your employees PCs and preventing unauthorized access to your corporate network.

Aladdin’s eToken Network Logon is a security application that extends the use of Aladdin’s broad authentication solutions to include strong authentication for protecting PCs and securing onsite local network access. With eToken Network Logon, all the benefits of strong authentication for remote access, can now be applied to users’ computers and local network access.

eToken Network Logon ensures that only authorized users with an Aladdin* authenticator (what you have) and a single unique password (what you know) can log on to a Windows domain and gain access to PC resources and the corporate network.

Protect your local network and PC

eToken Network Logon enables organizations to strengthen their network security and implement strong and complex password policies by allowing users to store multiple logon credentials on a single Aladdin* authenticator.

For organizations that want to further harden their network security, eToken Network Logon supports the generation of randomized Windows domain passwords. Users logging on to their PCs need only their Aladdin* authenticator, and their authenticator password to generate a randomized, complex and secret Windows domain password. In this way, IT managers can implement two factor authentication without having to deploy a full PKI smartcard infrastructure.

Centralized Management and Broad Selection of Authenticators

eToken Network Logon is enabled by Aladdin’s broad range of certificate-based authenticators. It is also fully integrated with Aladdin’s eToken Token Management System (TMS), which provides administrators with a full suite of authentication management services including authenticator deployment, enrollment revocation, user self-service password reset, backup/restoration of user credentials, and a solution for employee on the road lost token situations, allowing employees to stay productive at all times.
